Ted Amsden    
"Untended Spaces" Amsden's images of abandoned industrial spaces have been described as "beautiful", "poignant" and "redemptive".


Ron Bolt    
Established Artist. RCA. Solo show May 4 to 29, 2008. This exhibition provided a 30 year retrospective of works on paper, prints, rare collages and new works of an intimate scale. Ron Bolt has also been commissioned to produce ink and waterclour drawings on Kurotoni paper for the World Washi Summit, exhibiting from June 1 to 19, 2008 at A.K. Collings Gallery

Alice Burton    
Acrylic and Mixed Media on Canvas. Canadian Landscape. Established Artist. Landscapes feature intense, Fauve-inspired colour.


Norah Deacon    
Sculpture: Pattern Tissue Paper; Shadow Box. Emerging Artist. Last year's show at A.K. ('Pinholes and Dollies") with Dorothy Richardson, photographer, was "sold-out". Showed at A.K.in 2008 in "Walking on Eggshells", with copper wire sculptor Lynn Jackson, and in World Washi Summit Group Show. Interest arising from the CBC Radio One (The Sunday Edition: Michael Enright) documentary (Karin Wells)"Cousin Olivia's Dresses" of Sept.14, 2008 has been considerable. While some "smocked dresses" remain available, the number is limited.
